I had forgotten to post this before I submitted it to Funky MBTI, but
oh well. The Dag is tied with Cheedo for my favorite character in the
movie! We also have the same MBTI type. I initially thought she was INFP
because of her dreamy nature but realized I was doing the very thing I
often complain about: typing based on stereotypes. INFPs are not more
dreamy or imaginative than Sensors and ISFPs are just as, if not more,
imaginative for our eye for beauty and attention to detail.
Introverted Feeling (Fi): The
Dag is very in tune with her emotions, has strong convictions she
doesn’t let go of, and though she doesn’t open up to outsiders easily,
she is very honest about how she feels. She has a deep sense of self
that years of captivity and sexual abuse can’t waver. Very private and
calm, she is still full of fire- kicking the chastity belt on the ground
and spitting on it before running to catch up with the others, or
snipping at those who don’t match up with her moral code. She initially
resents Max, a strange outsider who planned to take the women back to
Joe, interfering (until he proves he’s trustworthy to her later). She is
something of an idealist disillusioned with the broken world, telling
the Vuvalini she admired, “Thought somehow you girls were above all
that” when told the Many Mothers aren’t above killing.
Extroverted Sensing (Se): Dag
quietly sizes up her surroundings with her excellent observational
skills. She is quick to notice things- the approaching war fleets both
times. She becomes fascinated with the Keeper of the Seed’s story of the
past abundance of nature on earth and takes an interest in the bag of
seeds she keeps, eventually saving them to plant at the Citadel. She is
quick to use opportunities when presented to them, such as pretending to
be too weak to cut Max’s chain to distract him or biting Nux. Dag
doesn’t seem to like sitting still long, often grabbing someone’s hand
or making gestures if she must. She’s quick to adapt and jump onto new
plans, agreeing with the idea to go back to the Citadel, knowing it has
the necessary resources for a new life. She subtly decorates herself,
covering her fingers in unique tattoos, often changing her hairstyle,
and is one of the only Wives to choose to wear boots with an otherwise
flimsy outfit.
Introverted Intuition (Ni): The
Dag is very dreamy and imaginative, expressing herself in poetic ways
nobody but she can understand. She looks for faith of some kind. She
prays to “anyone who’s listening” and is determined to find the Green
Place to get away from the violence she had been surrounded by. She
immediately senses a kindred spirit in the Keeper of the Seeds and knows
that they’ll be able to thrive at the Citadel should they successfully
take it over. She is sure her baby will be “ugly” since Joe is a sickly
tyrant himself, until the Keeper points out there’s just as good a
chance it could be a girl.
Extroverted Thinking (Te): Though
she almost never uses this function, Dag wants control over her own
life and isn’t afraid to go out into the world to achieve her freedom,
knowing the cons of such an attempt out in the Wasteland. She is quick
to bluntly express her opinions to others as well.

Hey!
This is RecognizableFruit's new mbti blog. I thought it just made more sense to make a separate blog for this rather than keep my main blog cluttered with all kinds of topics. I'll be copying my mbti posts from there over to here.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron- Wanda Maximoff (ISFP)
Introverted Feeling (Fi): Wanda nurses a serious grudge against Tony Stark for years for indirectly causing her parents’ death, and it is this anger that keeps her going for years. She won’t stop until she can avenge them, truly believing she is doing the morally right thing. But upon learning Ultron’s actual plan for the world, she is horrified and joins the Avengers. She isn’t outgoing but prefers her brother’s company, Pietro meaning the world to her, the only one she truly trusts. She doesn’t open up to other people easily, preferring a strong front, but does snap sometimes.
Extroverted Sensing (Se): Wanda initially judges all of the Avengers at face value- they work with Tony, who she sees as bad, so they are guilty by association. She adapts well to new situations, having to live on the streets for so long. She is opportunistic and readily joins Ultron if it means taking down Stark with her brother, but is quick to leave him once she realizes his true plans and well on a team with the Avengers when they are fighting off Ultron’s forces. She’s not afraid to do what she feels is necessary to save herself and her brother or achieve their goals, be it tormenting the minds of the Avengers or ripping out her ex-companion Ultron’s metal heart in tranquil fury. She doesn’t wear a practical costume into battle, instead choosing something more her own style- heeled boots, a dress, lots of jewelry, and her signature colors: red and black.
Introverted Intuition (Ni): Wanda’s focus for many years was solely to survive and seek revenge on Iron Man. She knows how to play off people’s fears with her telepathy to shake up the Avengers, and knows Tony taking the scepter will lead to his own undoing. Though she is wrong about the Vision being evil, she quickly picks up his potential for destruction. She warns Pietro to be careful, that one day he’ll get shot when he isn’t speeding- and is right.
Extroverted Thinking (Te): Though Pietro jokes he is the older one, Wanda is the leader who decides what the twins will do next with her brother usually following her lead. She decides they will get back at Stark and lets nothing deter her from this goal. She is blunt about how she doesn’t trust the Vision and generally honest about her feelings.
